Pre-Admission
To help prepare for your arrival at The Birthing Center, plan to complete a pre-admission form six weeks before your due date. The completion of this form will speed up your admission into the hospital and give you one less thing to worry about when you are coming in to deliver your baby. These pre-admission forms are available from your doctor's office.

Arriving at the Hospital
When you arrive at Northern Hospital, come to the Emergency Room/Registration entrance and go to the Registration area. If you have already completed your pre-admission information, the registration process will be handled quickly and efficiently.
